Paul Simon To Peform 'Graceland' In Full At This Year's Hard Rock Calling

Paul Simon will be performing his 'Graceland' album in full at this Summer's Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park. Tickets for Paul Simon are onsale this Friday at 9am.

Weekend newspapers reported that Paul Simon will return to the UK in July to perform 'Graceland' 25 years since he toured the album here playing six sold-out dates at London's Royal Albert Hall. Today the rumours have been confirmed, with Paul Simon confirmed for Hard Rock Calling on 15th July.

'Graceland' has sold over 14million copies across the world and with hits such as 'Call Me Al' and 'The Boy In The Bubble', it is regarded as Paul Simon's finest album. 

The 25th anniversary of 'Graceland' will see a re-release of the album, as well as the release of a documentary about Paul revisiting South Africa where the album was originally recorded in 1985. The original release of the 'Graceland' was blighted with controversy after Paul was accused of breaching the cultural boycott against the ruling regime of apartheid-era South Africa.
