Hip-hop and pop star Nicki Minaj has unveiled her brand new single ‘Right By My Side’, which features singer and rapper Chris Brown.
The tune is the second to be taken from her forthcoming new album ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded’, which hits shelves on April 2nd, and follows on from ‘Starships’, which hit #3 over here in the UK back in February. The single is on sale digitally in the US now, though it’s unknown when it’ll be released here in the UK. You can check out the track below.
2011 was an incredible year for Nicki, with her multi-platinum selling debut album 'Pink Friday' boasting the most charted singles by any female rap album in Billboard history. In addition to winning Best Hip Hop Video at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards along with Favorite Rap/Hip Hop Album and Favorite Rap/Hip Hop Artist at the 2011 American Music Awards, Nicki was recently nominated for three Grammys for Best New Artist, Best Rap Performance, and Best Rap Album.
She’s also announced that she will be returning to the UK this June for the ‘Pink Friday’ Tour. She will perform in London, Birmingham and Manchester. Tickets for Nicki Minaj will go on general sale this Friday at 9am – check the dates an details below.
