John Barrowman To Play Four Summer Headline Shows Across The UK & Tickets

John Barrowman, the multi-talented star of stage and screen, will headline four shows across the UK this Summer. Following several sell out tours and hit albums, John will once again prove why he is one of the UK’s most versatile and treasured artists with this new show across the UK and at the Hampton Court Palace Festival. Tickets for John Barrowman are onsale tomorrow, Tuesday 3rd April, at 9am (unless stated otherwise).

John had an incredible 2011, with Torchwood making him a prime-time star in the US. He also released a Greatest Hits album with Sony, presented a new series of ‘Tonight’s The Night’ for the BBC, toured the UK and wrote a children’s book, ‘Hollow Earth’, which received great critical acclaim. 2012 is already proving to be a vintage year with the filming under way for a new prime-time TV drama in the US, ‘Gilded Lilys’.

The concert series is set against the backdrop of some of the UK’s most famous landmarks, with the four-date concert visiting Scarborough, Glasgow, Blackpool and London. Each of the venues will be fully seated or in the case of Blackpool will be a ‘Picnic by the Seaside’ on the newly developed Tower Festival Headland.

The brand new concert will see John Barrowman perform to at least 3,000 concert goers at each venue. The four venues on the tour announced today are Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Glasgow Green, Tower Festival Headland, Blackpool, and Hampton Court Palace, London. John Barrowman Tickets for the London show are on sale now, and tickets for shows in the rest of the country go on sale Tuesday 3rd April at 9am. John Barrowman Tickets are priced at from £30.00 nationally and from £45.00 in London.
