Eminem Halts Film Work To Return To Studio

Superstar rapper Eminem has allegedly put his plans for feature length film on hold once again as he returns to the studio to work on yet another album, it has been reported.

There's been talk that Eminem, a.k.a Marshall Mathers, would be making another Hollywood appearance following his hit film '8 Mile', but it now seems fans will have to wait even longer now that he's decided to get to work on yet another new album or project. This means rumoured films 'Southpaw', which was apparently a boxing drama, and 'Have Gun, Will Travel', which was said to be an interpretation of Alice in Wonderland, will be canned – or at least put on hold until Mathers can find time to commit to them.

Speaking on behalf of the 'Lose Yourself' star, Interscope's marketing and publicity vice president Dennis Dennehy said: “He’s focusing on his music right now, so while he’s doing that, while he’s in that space, he wanted to put this on hold for the time being.”

Not much is known about his new musical ventures, and he could even be working on soundtracks for films he'll be working on in the future. But, there's been word that he's been working with legendary hip-hop producer DJ Premier – meaning any new music would be particularly tasty.
