The Treatment Announce UK Headline Show Ahead Of Kiss And Motley Crue US Tour

The Treatment, the Cambridge five-piece who recently completed a full European tour with Steel Panther, will play a final UK headline show before leaving for the US to join Kiss and Motley Crue on the hottest US rock tour of 2012.

The show will take place at the Craufurd Arms in Milton Keynes on July 17th, and will follow in the wake of a number of European dates, including major festivals (i.e. Download in the UK), guest spots with Kyuss Lives!, plus headline outings in Holland, Switzerland and Germany. The Treatment's frontman Matt Jones comments: “This show in Milton Keynes will be the last time we play on UK soil for what could be three months, depending how long the US tour runs for. So it goes without saying that we are going to make it a special night. And of course it’s only a temporary farewell because we will be back on the road in the UK with Thin Lizzy in November”.

The Thin Lizzy UK Tour Dates are as follows, with The Treatment guesting on all shows:

Nov 29th – Bournemouth O2 Academy
Nov 30th – Southend Cliff’s Pavilion
Dec 1st – Exeter University Great Hall
Dec 3rd – Norwich UEA LCR
Dec 4th – Bristol Colston Hall
Dec 5th – Middlesbrough Empire
Dec 7th – Liverpool O2 Academy
Dec 8th – Edinburgh HMV Picture House
Dec 9th – Nottingham Rock City

In addition, The Treatment now have their latest single on release – a re-recorded version of ‘Nothing To Lose But Our Minds’, the original of which can be found on the band’s debut ‘This Might Hurt’ album, released through Spinefarm Records in September 2011. The B-side of the single is a newly recorded cover of the Electric Light Orchestra’s ‘Evil Woman’, which can be found in physical form on the ‘Then & Again’ covers EP, now exclusively available from www.whatrecords.co.uk.
