Destine has released the new single 'All The People' from their new album 'Illuminate'. Sales income from this release will be donated to a health center and primary school in Berending, Gambia. You can purchase the single here.
Inspired by the stories of Denis Breukers and Marga Stay of the Pallum foundation, Laurens Troost (Destine's keyboard player) travelled to Gambia to register the remarkable stories and unique surroundings. This footage has been used for the video of 'All The People'.
Laurens explains: "I wanted to emphasize how important it can be to help each other. Despite very poor circumstances, I experienced how people in Berending care about each other and stretch out a helping hand. That's also the message of 'All The People': we're all equal and we're here to help each other, in all possible ways. Sometimes a little gesture, smile or donation can be enough to bring joy and relief to life."
