Robbie Williams Debuts New Single 'Candy' - Listen Now

Robbie Williams has this morning unveiled his new single 'Candy' via BBC Radio 1.
 The new song, which is written by Robbie's Take That bandmate and close friend Gary Barlow, will be the lead single from a new Robbie Williams album titled 'Take The Crown'.
Speaking about 'Candy', which is set for release on 29th October, Robbie revealed that: “It’s a summer song, about a girl who thinks she’s great. And she might be, but she’s a bit nefarious with her ways. Some songs take an age to write and some songs just fall out of your mouth completely formed, and you don’t have to think about it. I don’t know why that fell out of my mouth and out of my brain at that particular time – it just did”.

'Take The Crown', Robbie's ninth studio album, will be his first new record since 2009's 'Reality Killed The Video Star'. In addition, Robbie has revealed plans for an intimate UK tour next month, announcing four shows for the UK and Ireland. Shows are confirmed for Leeds, Glasgow, Dublin and Southend.
Robbie Williams UK & Ireland Tour Dates are as follows:
Tue September 11th 2012 - O2 Academy Leeds, Leeds
Wed September 12th 2012 - Barrowlands, Glasgow
Fri September 14th 2012 - The O2 Dublin, Dublin
