Dropkick Murphys Announce UK Tour Dates & Tickets

American punk rock outfit Dropkick Murphys have announced a four-date January 2013 UK tour, which will coincide with the release of their eighth studio album ‘Signed and Sealed in Blood’.
The short January excursion - which be extended in the near future - will see the band performing in Glasgow’s Barrowlands and Nottingham’s Rock City on January 16th and 17th, before headlining two nights at London’s HMV Forum.
Tickets for the tour are set to go onsale next Wednesday (October 10th) and will cost you £18.50 + fees (London £21.00 + fees) - you can find yours through Stereoboard using the dates and links provided below.
Anyone who are fans of bands such as Stiff Little Fingers, The Pogues, The Clash, and AC/DC should pick up a ticket to see Dropkick Murphys. Citing said bands as their main influences, band bassist and vocalist Ken Casey once stated thinks their ‘goal is to be the AC/DC of Celtic punk rock’.
With a new album on the way - ‘Signed and Sealed in Blood’ hits shelves on January 8th - the band will have plenty of new material to perform, as well as the classics from their previous seven records.
