Nashville duo Wild Cub have released brand new track ‘Jonti’ as a free download - you can grab it from the player below.
2012 has seen the praise roll in for their sumptuous sound and high energy live shows. Music press as integral as RCRDLBL and Spin have earmarked the band as one to keep a keen eyes, while the Wall Street Journal named the band as a highlight of the recent CMJ Music Marathon.
Front man Keegan DeWitt and multi-instrumentalist Jeremy Bullock craft music which ranges from diaristic synth pop to upbeat blasts suitable for a ferocious dance party. As the November mist rolls in, Jonti gives us a welcome blast of summer. An irresistible chorus coupled with a distinctive vocal and a bubbling arrangement makes for a stand out track that demands repeated listens.
Jonti differs from lower key offerings such as Streetlights and Shapeless. While previous tracks are perfect for a late night drive home, Jonti encourages you to shake a leg and cast off the worry that's been following you around for longer than you'd like to remember.
