Brighton rock duo Blood Red Shoes have announced that their brand new EP ‘Water’ will hit shelves on January 21st, and that they’ll be performing in London the day after.
Having just completed a lengthy UK tour with New Jersey rockers The Gaslight Anthem following the release of their critically acclaimed album ‘In Time To Voices’, Blood Red Shoes are set to return in 2013 with a brand new three-track EP and a headline appearance at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on January 22nd. Also joining them on the bill will be Rolo Tomassi and Wet Nuns.
Titled ‘Water’, and released January 21st through V2 on 10” vinyl and download, the three new tracks were recorded in Dallas, Texas this October by John Congleton (The Roots/The Walkmen/Explosions In The Sky). You can stream the EP in full here.
You can catch the band performing all of their new tracks - as well as some of their older favourites - at their gig in London this coming January. Check the dates and links below to find tickets through Stereoboard - they’re on sale now and will cost you £13.50 + fees.
