British space rockers Hawkwind have announced two August live dates, following their short spring tour which includes an appearance at Hard Rock Hell Prog 2013 on Saturday 6th April.
Formed in the 60s, with current line-up of founder-member Dave Brock - guitar, keyboards and vocals, Richard Chadwick - drums and vocals, Mr Dibs - bass and vocals, Tim Blake - theramin and synths and Niall Hone - guitar and electronics, aside from their signature tune, 'Silver Machine', Hawkwind released several outstanding psychedelic albums.
'Onward' is the twenty-fifth studio album (twenty-seventh overall!) released by Hawkwind. It was released in April last year.
