Paris Jackson has reportedly been taken to the same hospital that her late father Michael Jackson died in, following her suicide attempt earlier this month.
Paris was rushed to hospital last week after allegedly attempting suicide, with some reports suggesting that she’d taken an overdose of Ibuprofen, and others claiming that she’d slashed her wrists. Angel Howansky, the long-time publicist of Paris’ grandfather Joe Jackson, has since revealed that she’s recovering, and stated that she’s ‘doing good’
Now, after spending 72 hours in psychiatric hold, TMZ have reported that she’s been transferred to UCLA Medical Centre - the very same hospital at which Michael Jackson tragically died in 2009, after being administered a lethal dose of propofol, as well as a mixture of other drugs.
The site claims to have spotted the star being wheeled into the medical centre, while it’s also been reported that her brother Blanket was seen visiting her. Paris was allegedly upset after being refused permission to go to a Marilyn Manson concert, while she and her family are also embroiled in a court case with AEG Live.
The family believe that the concert promoters are partly responsible for Michael’s death in 2009, and are seeking £26billion in damages and lost earnings. He apparently took the concoction of painkillers to help him rest after extensively rehearsing for 50 comeback gigs he had lined-up. You can check our coverage of the story here.
