Girls In Hawaii, whose album 'Everest' has just been released on Naïve Records, have confirmed a trio of UK dates for November.
The Belgian sextet, who played a sold-out show at the London’s Water Rats earlier this week, release their new single, Not Dead, on September 30. The band’s new UK shows - with Public Service Broadcasting and at The End Festival in north London - will be sandwiched between sold-out headline shows across Europe.
Although 'Everest' is Girls in Hawaii’s debut album release in the UK, the band previously released two albums ('From Here To There' in 2003 and 'Plan Your Escape' in 2008) in central Europe. The tragic loss of the band’s drummer, Denis Wielemans, in a car accident in 2010, led them to take an extended break.
