Following the critical success of their latest album 'The Envisage Conundrum', Godsticks will hit the road on a short UK tour along with Knifeworld.
Having honed their prog rock style over several years, and on the back of an album which has been universally considered their best yet (read Stereoboard's 3/5-star review here), Godsticks are a captivating live act.
Joining them for the three dates will be Knifeworld. Based in London and made up of members of various bands including Cardiacs, North Sea Radio Orchestra and Sidi Bou Said, the psychedelic eight piece are the brainchild of Kavus Torabi. While their one album was released back in 2009 there have been three EPs since then as well as a recently released download single Don’t Land On Me.
Both Godsticks ad Knifeworld will play three dates on the tour starting November 7 at Birmingham’s Rainbow Venues before heading to 229 The Venue, London on November 8 and Night & Day Café, Manchester on November 10. Tickets for all dates are on sale now.
