Dolly Parton Suffers Minor Injuries Following Car Crash

Country pop megastar Dolly Parton has suffered minor injuries after being involved in a car crash in Nashville.
Parton was rushed to hospital but luckily escaped the ‘fender bender’ with just a few bumps and scratches. She later reassured fans via Twitter that she was ‘all good’ and now ‘resting at home’.
I was in a fender bender this morning here in Nashville, but I am all good... Just a little tired and sore. Resting at home now!
Reports indicate that Parton was driving with a couple of friends when another car hit theirs, forcing the driver to pull into oncoming traffic at an intersection. All three were treated, and luckily, all three are fine.
Parton also recently announced a string of 2014 UK tour dates. The new tour - dubbed the Blue Smoke World Tour - will accompany her up and coming new album of the same name, and kicks off in Liverpool’s Echo Arena on June 8.
