Kanye West to Repackage & Re-Release 'Yeezus' Album?

Wednesday, 30 October 2013 Written by Elliott Batte

Rap superstar Kanye West has suggested that he may repackage and re-release his latest album, ‘Yeezus’.

West hit #1 on both sides of the pond when he put out his sixth solo collection back in June, but he has confirmed that five tracks from the sessions never made it onto the final tracklist.

Speaking to Power 106 FM in Los Angeles, West explained:

“Like five songs didn't make it on 'Yeezus' that we might put out before the end of this year. For people that didn't like 'Yeezus' when it first came out: it's a simple thing that I could've done to make them like it more that I chose not to do.

"I could've put Blood on the Leaves at the beginning of the album, which is what I always do. It's like Good Morning at the beginning. Say You Will. Dark Fantasy. It's a certain type of melody that I usually have that's like, 'If you put this at the beginning of the album...'”
