After extensive touring and recording over the past five years, Gun are back with a new studio album, ‘East End', which is set for release in February 2014, and three special Christmas shows that will showcase new material. They'll play London's Garage on December 11, The Deaf Institute in Manchester on December 12 and Glasgow’s ABC on December 13.
The new album sees the band taking their music in a new and revitalised direction. The album also features appearances by Michael McDaid (bass and vocals) and GavinFitzjohn (brass), both from PaoloNutini’s band, and has been co-produced by the multi-instrumentalist Simon Bloor (Seal).
With a buzz starting to build around their new album, the band is excited about performing in December, showcasing the new tracks and even more excited about the adventures that await them in 2014.
