Starkill Announced As Support Act For Turisas' UK And European Tour

Melodic death metal outfit Starkill have been confirmed as the support act for Turisas’ forthcoming UK and European tour.
The Chicago band - who share a label with the Finnish 'battle metal' group - will warm up the crowds for the tour, which kicks off in Gothenburg, Sweden on January 31 and runs through the end of March.
Turisas singer Mathias Nygård is excited for the venture. He said:
"Even if we spent much of fall 2013 on the road, we only managed to scratch the surface of Europe, and now it's time to give it a deeper blow - something of a flesh wound I would say. In many cities, and even some countries, these are going to be our very first full headlining shows and we are all super excited to hit the road with a set that really allows us to fully show what we go for and include all the variety of the band that isn't possible to squeeze in into shorter performances. Brothers and sisters of Europe: it's time to saddle up and join us. It's going to be a hell of a ride!"
