Extreme have announced the UK leg of their Pornograffitti Live Tour, which will see the band perform their second album 'Pornograffitti' in its entirety followed up by a greatest hits set at four shows in July.
Released in 1990, 'Pornograffitti' hit the #10 spot on the Billboard 200 and was certified double platinum in the US. Two singles from the record, More Than Words and Hole Hearted, reached the Top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. Two other tracks, Decadence Dance and Get the Funk Out, reached the lower half of Billboard's rock chart. The band are one of the most successful rock acts of the 1980s and early 1990s and have sold over 10 million albums worldwide.
Speaking about the British tour, frontman Gary Cherone says:
“It’s going to be a first… Pornograffitti Live in the UK! We are going to play it from top to bottom. We can’t wait to play it live.”
Catch the Grammy-nominated rockers perform the album in full at four UK shows this July, the band have confirmed visits to Manchester Academy, Glasgow O2 Academy, Birmingham Institute and London's Forum.
