The Eagles Land Atop Stereoboard's Hot Ticket Chart

Friday, 27 June 2014 Written by Stereoboard.com

Having just wound up their latest UK and Ireland tour, the Eagles head for home as reigning champions of Stereoboard’s Hot Tickets Chart.

The country-rockers have sent Enrique Iglesias tumbling out of the top 20, with Rod Stewart just missing out on top spot for the second week on the bounce.

Eminem, Calling Festival and Dolly Parton, who will follow up two nights at London’s O2 Arena with a set at Glastonbury this weekend, complete the top five, with Lee Evans, T In The Park, Monty Python, Robbie Williams and British Summertime doing enough to secure places in the top half.

Collabro, winners of Britain’s Got Talent, are a new entry at 11, edging out Wireless, Elton John, Tom Jones, and Lovebox. Sam Smith is at 16 after a record-breaking week in the US, with Paloma Faith, Ed Sheeran, John Bishop and Paul Weller drawing a line under proceedings.
