Deafheaven and Chelsea Wolfe will play a one-off show at London’s Garage on August 15 following the cancellation of Jabberwocky.
The show is one of a number of hastily-arranged gigs in the capital this weekend as a result of the plug being pulled on the festival, with Neutral Milk Hotel, Pissed Jeans, Metz, Cloud Nothings, Kurt Vile and Nils Frahm among the acts to confirm extra dates so far.
All Tomorrow’s Parties, who confirmed Jabberwocky’s cancellation on Tuesday due to insufficient ticket sales, are promoting the Deafheaven show under their ATP Presents banner. Tickets are on sale now, priced at £15.00 plus fees.
UPDATE: Deafheaven have taken to Twitter to clarify ATP's involvement in the show, including the fact that they requested the promoters' logo be removed from materials relating to it. You can check out their messages below.
Thankfully secured a show in London at the Garage with Chelsea Wolfe. That being said, ATP did help us secure the venue and we thank them...
