Liam Gallagher To Join Members Of The Who For Special Teenage Cancer Trust Performance

Liam Gallagher will join members of the Who for a special Teenage Cancer Trust charity gig in London next month.
Making his first public appearance since the news of Beady Eye's split, Gallagher will be one of many musicians performing classic Who songs at London's O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on November 11 for An Evening Of Who Music In Aid Of Teenage Cancer Trust.
Other artists confirmed to appear include Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder, Wilko Johnson, Ricky Wilson of the Kaiser Chiefs, James Dean Bradfield of the Manic Street Preachers, Rush's Geddy Lee, the Strypes, Brody Dalle, Tom Odell, Amy Macdonald, Andy Burrows and Rizzle Kicks. Each artist will be performing a song of their own choice from the Who's back catalogue.
The Who's band lines up as Simon Townshend, Pino Palladino, Billy Nicholls, Frank Simes, Loren Gold, John Coury and drummer Zak Starkey. Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey will step out of the spotlight on this occasion as others perform in their place.
