Texas To Release 'Texas 25' Prior To Anniversary Tour

Texas will release ‘Texas 25’, a collection of new material and re-recorded cuts from their back catalogue, to celebrate a quarter of a century together.
The record, which is expected on February 16, found the band working on new versions of their hits with Truth & Soul in Queens, while mixing was handled at the Nashville studio of the Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach. “It's almost like we've got who we are, 25 years later,” Sharleen Spiteri said.
In addition, Texas will hit the road for a series of An Evening With… shows in the spring, including stops at Glasgow's Royal Concert Hall and the London Palladium.
