Focus Wales 2015 Schedule Announced

Focus Wales will return to Wrexham between April 22 and 25, dragging with it another impressive slate of bands, including Future of the Left, Slaves and Mike Joyce of the Smiths, who will deliver the keynote speech.

This year, Stereoboard has signed on as one of the festival’s official media partners and we’re excited to deliver the full schedule to you, right here, right now. Head below to download it, then grab your diary and get planning.

Also joining the bill are Bo Ningen, Coasts, the Membranes, Sweet Baboo, Allusondrugs, Samoans, Yr Ods, //Nights//, Yucatan, Cowbois Rhos Botwnnog, Little Arrow, Doppelganger, Y Bandana, Golden Fable, Falls, Kidsmoke, Seazoo, Attention Thieves, Beasts and Black Honey, while the Pale Blue Dots, Zefur Wolves and R. Seiliog have been pencilled in to appear. 

The Joy Formidable, meanwhile, will play a DJ set as part of the BBC Horizons stage, where they will be joined by Swnami and members of the Horizons 12, including Hannah Grace, Cut Ribbons, Dan Bettridge, Cold Committee, Mellt, Delyth Mclean, Violet Skies, Aled Rheon, HMS Morris and Yr Eira.

Focus Wales will take over a string of venues, with music set to be heard reverberating around Central Station, St Giles Parish Church, South, Galeri 3B, Saith Seren, The Bank, Grove Park Theatre, The Royal Oak, Old No.7 Bar and many more.

Meanwhile, Culture, Alienation, Boredom and Despair, a documentary focusing on the Manic Street Preachers, will be screened at UnDegUn. Right, that should be plenty for you lot to be getting on with.
