Field Music Line Up February 2016 Release For New Album 'Commontime'

Tuesday, 13 October 2015 Written by Laura Johnson

Field Music will release their new album, 'Commontime', in February 2016.

The follow-up to the duo's ‘Music For Drifters’ soundtrack, which was released earlier this year, is due February 5 via Memphis Industries. Discussing coming back together following working on individual projects, David Brewis said:

"As much fun as we might have had on our own or collaborating, we missed just spending time in the studio, the two of us, trying things out and playing together."

Check out the LP's lead single, The Noisy Days Are Over, below.

Field Music's live band will hit the road following the release of the album, with the duo set to be joined by Kev Dosdale (guitar, synths), Andrew Lowther (bass) and Liz Corney (keys and vocals).
