Donovan To Celebrate 70th Birthday At London Palladium

Donovan will celebrate his 70th birthday with a special concert at the London Palladium on May 6.
The singer-songwriter will perform a string of hits, including Sunshine Superman, Mellow Yellow, The Hurdy Gurdy Man and Jenifer Juniper, with his band, bassist Danny Thompson, pianist John Cameron, drummer Gavin Harrison and a soon to be announced special guest. Speaking about the show, Donovan said:
"I am delighted to be having my party at The London Palladium to thank all who have followed my work from the beginning, and to all who have just discovered me. Come in shades and berets. Be cool, be there!"
Tickets are on sale now, priced from £29.00 plus fees.
