The track is taken from the band’s self-titled debut album, which came out last week through Memphis Industries. Discussing the video, directed by Benjamin Dabu and starring comedian Chris Locke, guitarist Morgan Waters said:
"The video is about the incessant ticking of the clock, nagging at you to realize your dreams, and the gentle reminder that sometimes dreams should remain fantasy. Music makes you feel young. But what happens when you're suddenly the old guy at a party trying to get the roach going? Our friend, and brilliant comedian Chris Locke, plays a man who stares into the void, hears our song and experiences a midlife crisis."
Weaves will support the record's release with a headline UK tour this summer, followed by appearances at Latitude, Secret Garden Party and End of the Road festival.
