In a statement about Unity Rocks, drummer Gary Powell said:
“The idea of ‘Unity Rocks’ is to bring people together, regardless of their creed, colour , religion of whether they voted Brexit or not. This is not about politics or politicians, it’s about unifying as a nation and working to make a united more tolerant Britain, after all the future is in our hands. By using the power of music we hope to ‘pluck' the ears of the political elite to our view and make them notice that our voices must be heard - whether it be via song or otherwise.”
