Chrysta Bell will release her new EP in the autumn.
'Somewhere in the Nowhere', which was written and produced by David Lynch, is set to arrive on October 7. It's not the first time the pair have worked together, last year she appeared at the David Lynch Foundation concert in Los Angeles, she featured on the soundtrack for his film Inland Empire, and he wrote her debut LP, 'This Train', which came out in 2011.
According to Pitchfork, Bell is also working on her sophomore album, which is expected in 2017. It has PJ Harvey producer John Parish at the helm, and will feature Adrian Utley of Portishead, Sunn O)))’s Stephen O’Malley, and Geoff Downes of Yes.
Meanwhile, check out Beat The Beat, lifted from 'Somewhere in the Nowhere', below.
