Keaton Henson Unveils New Track The Pugilist

Friday, 12 August 2016 Written by Laura Johnson

Keaton Henson has unveiled a new track, The Pugilist.

The song is cut from the English folk-rock musician's third studio album, 'Kindly Now', which is due for release on September 16 via Play It Again Sam. Discussing it, he said:

“I guess The Pugilist is an insomnulent song about the relationship between a musician and those that hear his songs. I often wonder what it is that makes me so compulsively make these things and put myself through it. And when trying to explain it, (even to myself) always come to the same image of some hogarthian lunatic rocking back and forth to the tune of "Don't forget me.”

As part of a run of European shows, Henson will play London’s Palladium on November 18. Tickets are on sale now, with prices starting from £20.00, plus fees.

Keaton Henson Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows
