Jack River, aka Holly Rankin, has shared a video for Palo Alto.

The single features on the Australian newcomer's debut EP, 'Highway Songs No. 2', which was released in early October through I Oh You.

Discussing the inspiration behind the clip, Rankin said:

"From the minute the song began to come together, in my mind I saw hazed out afternoon light and everyday suburbia out the window. That golden feeling of looking back through hazed summer light on something you can’t let go of yet.

We bought a late '90s DV cam, and some old footage of someone's holiday was still on there, it felt the perfect distant memory so we added it in. Some of the footage was shot in my hometown, this little coastal town four hours from Sydney - my friends and I decked out an old drive through with disco lights and filmed it."
