Wire Announce DRILL Festival Leeds Line Up And Spring UK Shows

Wire will play a handful of UK shows as part of their 40th anniversary celebrations.
The band, who are set to release a new LP, 'Silver/Lead', on March 31 via pinkflag, will headline Sub 89 in Reading on March 15 and two nights at the Garage in London on May 4 and 5.
They have also announced a UK edition of their DRILL festival, which will take place at Leeds' Brudenell Social Club on April 22. As well as Wire, the bill will feature Shobaleader 1, Bilge Pump, Nanna, Azores, Richard Formby, Immersion, Slows, Nope, Golden Meat and the Pinkflag Guitar Orchestra, with more due to be announced soon. Other editions of the festival will also take place in LA, Berlin and Brussels. Head here for more details.
