Darlia have unveiled a video for their new single, Ballad Of Black & White.
The song, which is available now through Ignition Records, is their first new material in two years. About the video, vocalist and guitarist Nathan Day said:
"Definitely one of the most fun videos I've ever done. It was all done in one take by myself, the director Chris Wade and his dad. I wanted the vid to look like an old storage room for discarded toys and stuff. A few days before the shoot me and the director went on a prop hunt for old toys and lamps and we both brought some of our own to the shoot. When we got there the room was literally perfect, turns out here was still loads of left over stuff from a Halloween party - random toys and tonnes of cobwebs and stuff. All 3 of us had several things to do in the sequence and we pulled it off all in one take, and it was the first take as well."
The band will headline the Camden Assembly in London tonight, support Feeder on the Folkestone, Oxford, Coventry and York dates of their upcoming UK tour and appear at The Great Escape in May and London's Community Festival this summer.
