Leo Stannard Posts Gravity Video

Wednesday, 07 June 2017 Written by Jon Stickler

Leo Stannard has released a video for Gravity.

The single sees the Leicester-based singer-songwriter collaborate with Frances, while the video was directed by Tim Moorhouse and documents a day-in-the-life of two brothers and a group of friends. The Director said:

"It's inspired by my relationship with my older brother - when he hit adolescence, he started rebelling and didn't want to be affectionate and playful with me anymore. I struggled with that. Over time, we had to find a new way of relating to each other. To me, Gravity is a song about the one person that you can rely on through thick and thin. Adolescence was a turbulent time, and though I watched my brother change a great deal, I always knew I could rely on him."

Stannard's summer schedule includes festival appearances at Glastonbury later this month and Latitude in July. He's also just confirmed a headline show at London's Scala on October 26. Tickets are on sale at 10am on June 9, priced £11.00 plus booking fees.
