Departed have been confirmed as special guests on the Michael Schenker Fest November UK tour.
The Devon-based rock 'n' roll quartet will join the reunited original members of the Michael Schenker Group at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London, the O2 Academy Sheffield, the O2 Ritz Manchester and Hull City Hall. Departed vocalist Mark Pascall said:
"Touring with Schenker is an incredible opportunity for Departed. Schenker’s is a legendary figure in rock n' roll. He is a significant part of rock history. It will also be great to see Graham Bonnet again, as we opened for him in Bristol last year. The Michael Schenker Fest tour is going to be a memorable and proud time for the band."
Departed, who count the Treatment’s ex-guitarist Ben Brookland among their ranks, release their new single Are You Ready? on July 7. The track is taken from their recent self-titled debut mini album.
