Protomartyr have announced their new LP plus a UK and Ireland tour.
'Relatives in Descent', their first release on Domino, is out on September 29 and will be followed by November stops in Brighton, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow, Dublin and Leeds. You can check out a video for the record's opening track, A Private Understanding, below.
Discussing the record, vocalist Joe Casey said:
“I used to think that truth was something that existed, that there were certain shared truths, like beauty. Now that’s being eroded. People have never been more skeptical, and there’s no shared reality. Maybe there never was.”
