HMS Morris and Peaness are among the new acts announced for Focus Wales.
Also joining the bill are Alpha Male Tea Party, Canshaker Pi, Dan Bettridge, Chroma, Martin Carr (the Boo Radleys), Mary Miller, Phalcons and the Tates, among others. Alongside the new musical acts, the festival has confirmed a new keynote speaker, Kliph Scurlock, who is best known for his time drumming for the Flaming Lips, but who has also performed with Gruff Rhys, Gulp and Gwenno. Industry speakers, including Achal Dhillon (Killing Moon), Jad El Alam(Alternative Live Agency, France), Ffion Lewis (Sound Diplomacy), Lisa Whytock(Showcase Scotland Expo) and Hywel Wigley (Acapella) have also been announced.
Focus Wales will return for its eighth year to take over numerous venues across Wrexham, North Wales between May 10 to May 12. Weekend tickets are on sale now, priced from £40 plus fees.
