Susie Blue Unveils Video For Title Track Of Debut LP 'Didn't Mean To Care'

Wednesday, 07 February 2018 Written by Laura Johnson

Susie Blue has shared a video for the title track of her forthcoming debut album.

'Didn't Mean To Care' will arrive digitally on February 12 and features musical contributions from Caolan Moore on lead guitar, drummer Tom Carline and bassist Feargus Murphy.

Speaking about the record, the Northern Irish pop-rocker said:

“This album is a collection of songs I’ve been writing and playing with the band for a couple of years, and is the story of my teenage years after coming out. The title refers to the many times I "didn't mean to care" about people or things but I couldn't help myself. A lot of the songs are about my relationships with past girlfriends, some good and some bad - but I hope people will bring their own interpretations and feelings to them too. If a song I wrote relates to someone, then that means everything for me.”
