Eric Clapton Unveils Claymation Video For Bluesy White Christmas Cover

Eric Clapton has shared a video for his take on White Christmas.
The animated clip tells the story of a blues-obsessed boy who dreams about getting a guitar for Christmas. A tale not far from the truth for the musician himself.
The track features alongside 12 seasonal classics on Clapton's new LP, 'Happy Xmas', the first full-length Christmas album of his career, which arrived last month. Co-produced by Clapton and Simon Climie, the album marks the guitarist's 25th studio album to date and his first release since 2016's 'I Still Do', aside from his 'Life in 12 Bars' documentary soundtrack earlier this summer. It also features hand-drawn cover art from Slowhand, which you can view above.
Clapton will perform at London's Royal Albert Hall on May 13, 15 and 16.
