Youth Of The Apocalypse Confirm February Dates In Southampton And London

Youth of the Apocalypse, formed by members of Gorillaz and Klaxons, have announced a brace of shows for early 2019.
The indie-pop collective will play Southampton's Joiners on February 25 before heading to Hackney's Oslo the following day, with tickets on sale at 10am on November 30.
The six piece, comprising Klaxons' Jamie Reynolds, Gorillaz guitarist Jeff Wooton and Gorillaz bassist Seye Adelekan, drummer Jay Sharrock, DJ Twiggy Garcia and New York rapper Young Lazurus, are edging closer to releasing their debut mixtape, expected next year. Head below to view the video accompanying their latest single, In The Future. Speaking about the track, which was recorded in LA, producer Kool Kojak said:
"This was the song that first began to give the band our identity; a track that showed what could be achieved if we put our collective strengths together. In The Future ultimately asks the question: 'Can you feel the virtual world of tomorrow coming, or are we already there?'"
