Royal Blood Line Up Headline UK Shows Prior To Reading And Leeds Appearances

Royal Blood have announced a series of headline UK dates for this summer.
The Brighton duo will be joined by Psychedelic Porn Crumpets and the Mysterines at shows in Southampton, Newport, Dundee, Nottingham, and Margate during August. Tickets are on sale now, with a portion of the profits benefitting War Child UK.
The band, comprised of Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher, have not played live since June 2018 and are currently in the middle of working on their third album and follow up to 2017's 'How Did We Get So Dark?'. In a social media post, they said:
"Beyond excited to be playing some live shows in the UK this year!! It’s been far too long.
Playing live is the DNA of what we do as a band and nothing connects us to our music, each other and our fans more!
We have personally selected support from the formidable Psychedelic Porn Crumpets and The Mysterines.
We are very much in the middle of creating something very special together in the studio that is going to be the wildest and scariest record we have ever made.
However, it’s time to see you all again and remind ourselves and each other of the power of rock and roll.

Following additional dates across the continent, the pair will return to the UK to perform at Reading and Leeds on August 23 and 24 respectively, where they'll play the Main Stage before the 1975 headline.
