Sparks Post Video For New Song One For The Ages

Friday, 27 March 2020 Written by Jon Stickler

Sparks have released a new song.

One For The Ages will appear on the innovative Mael brothers' upcoming LP, 'A Steady Drip, Drip, Drip', which is due to arrive on May 15.

The piano-led, alt-pop track follows previous early singles I'm ToastSelf-Effacing, and Please Don’t Fuck Up My World, and comes with an animated video. The band said of the clip:

"The animation - hand-drawn, created, and directed by Estonian animator Chintis Lundgren - follows a protagonist who dreams of creating something that could one day be considered 'one for the ages.'"

Ron and Russell will support the record's release with a previously confirmed UK and European tour in the autumn.
