King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard have released a new single.
Following the 18-minute The Dripping Tap, the sprawling, fuzzy Magenta Mountain combines fiery guitars and fragile keys, and arrives with further details of the prolific sextet's previously announced 20th studio album, 'Omnium Gatherum'.
Specifics shared include the record's April 22 release date, along with its 16-song tracklist, though the cover art is still to be revealed. In the meantime, head below to view the song's accompanying video, featuring footage of the band performing the cut at their recent Timeland concert in their native Melbourne.
The group will embark on a huge world tour, hitting Europe, the UK and both North and South America, kicking off this spring. The trek includes an appearance at London's All Points East in August. Tickets are on sale now.
