Ari Lennox Announces Second Album 'Age/Sex/Location', Shares New Song Hoody

Friday, 12 August 2022 Written by Jon Stickler

Ari Lennox has announced her second album.

The follow-up to 2019's debut 'Shea Butter Baby' is called 'Age/Sex/Location' and will arrive on September 9 via Dreamville/Interscope Records. The Amercian R&B artist announced the news with a post on Twitter, confirming that the record is officially finished and on the way.

Alongside the announcement of the album, the singer has shared Hoody, a soulful collaboration with longtime Dreamville associate Elite, who produced eight tracks on 'Shea Butter Baby'.

Unfurling around minimal production, allowing the 31-year-old's voice to take centre stage, it's the second single from the LP, following 2021's Pressure. Head below to view the accompanying video.
