Thomas Rhett And Katy Perry Share Video For Duet Where We Started

Thomas Rhett and Katy Perry have shared a video for their duet, Where We Started.
The emotional collaboration serves as the title track of Rhett's sixth studio album, which was released back in April. Offering country roots from Rhett, with modern pop elements from Perry, its accompanying ethereal Patrick Tracy-directed clip captures the two artists performing the song together and reflecting on the past.
"Working with Katy has been a really collaborative process," said Rhett. "From tracking the song in the studio, to performing on it American Idol, to this video–her input has made this whole experience really special for me."
Perry shared: "I loved being able to create a dreamy world for Where We Started, going back to the Nashville singer-songwriter roots of where I started."
Where We Started marks Perry’s only release of 2022 so far. The American Idol judge is currently on the fifth leg of her Las Vegas residency, Play. Head here for details.
Rhett, meanwhile, was recently announced as a headliner of Europe's biggest country music festival, Country To Country, which will return to The O2 in London, the 3Arena in Dublin and the OVO Hydro in Glasgow in March. He appears on the bill alongside Zac Brown Band and Lady A, among others.
Rhett will kick off the next leg of the Bring The Bar To Your Tour with a run of Canadian dates in February.
