Ghost Continue To Tease 'Phantomime' EP With Iron Maiden Cover Phantom Of The Opera

Ghost have unveiled a cover of Phantom Of The Opera by Iron Maiden.
The faithful nod to the seminal Paul Di'Anno-era classic serves as the second preview of their five-song 'Phantomime' EP, which is due out on May 19, following up their 2022 album 'Impera'.
Complete with signature guitar harmonies and a touch of Ghost flamboyancy, the track comes after the band's new version of Genesis' Jesus He Knows Me, which arrived on Easter Sunday alongside an Alex Ross Perry-directed NSFW video.
The EP will also feature takes on Television's See No Evil, The Stranglers' Hanging Around, and Tina Turner's We Don't Need Another Hero (Thunderdome).
The Swedish band have scheduled European shows for the summer, including an appearance at the UK's sold-out Download festival. They'll also hit the road with Amon Amarth in North America in August.
