Following last month's Can't Believe We’re Here, Set Me Down serves as the second preview of the Dinosaur Jr. frontman's new solo studio album, 'What Do We Do Now', due out through Sub Pop on February 2.
Similar to its predecessor, the track is a melodic, acoustic guitar-led offering. It arrives with a colourful stop-motion video, which you can watch below.
J Mascis will head to Australia in February for exclusive solo shows in Sydney and Brisbane, alongside a run of Dinosaur Jr. dates.
The band are also among the names confirmed for next year's Bearded Theory festival in Derbyshire, UK.
