Myles Smith has announced his third EP.
'A Minute, A Moment…' will arrive on May 23 and includes My First Heartbreak, his first single of the year that he shared last Friday (April 25). Introducing it on social media, where the BRIT Rising Star Award-winner also shared an original poem, he said:
"This EP has been a real labour of love, months of time, care, and everything I had to give. Thank you for your patience. It’s finally almost yours."
Comprising six tracks that explore themes of vulnerability, identity, love and personal growth, the project will follow Smith's similarly titled 2024 EP, 'A Minute…,', and his debut EP, 'You Promised a Lifetime', which came out in spring of that year.
He'll embark on the Australian and New Zealand leg of his We Were Never Strangers Tour in May, before returning to the UK for an appearance at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend in Liverpool, and a set at Glastonbury Festival. He'll also play Boardmasters festival in August, following European dates supporting Ed Sheeran. Tickets are on sale now.
Earlier in April, Smith featured on Shaboozey's new single, Blink Twice.
