Absolutely, real name Abby-Lynn Keen, has announced her second studio album.
The follow-up to her 2023 debut 'Cerebrum' is titled 'Paracosm' and will arrive through RCA Records UK next year, though a release date is still to be confirmed.
Alongside the news, the singer, songwriter and producer has shared a new single, No Audience, an immersive and atmospheric fusion of pop, electronica, jazz and R&B that follows her earlier tracks I Just Don't Know You Yet and Goodbye Glitter. She said:
"For me, No Audience is about freeing myself from being performative or attempting to be somebody other than my authentic self just for the sake of being liked, accepted, or understood. There’s a metaphor of standing in a theater with no one watching — I can just dance without caring."
Absolutely will support her sister RAYE on her This Tour May Contain New Music shows next year, alongside her other sister, Amma. They'll head across the UK and Europe in January, February and May, followed by North American shows in March, April and May. She also has UK and European dates supporting Reneé Rapp scheduled in between. Tickets are on sale now.
