Mumford and Sons have been confirmed as the fifth BST Hyde Park headliner for 2026.
The Grammy-winning West London band will perform on the Great Oak Stage at Hyde Park in London on July 4, a decade since their last appearance. They said:
"Hyde Park is woven into our story, it’s where so many memories were made. Coming back a decade later, with all this new music, feels incredibly special. London is and always will be the band’s home. We can’t wait."
Support will come from special guests The War On Drugs, and more acts that are yet to be announced. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on December 4.
Mumford and Sons will release their new album, 'Prizefighter', on February 13, following up 'Rushmere', which dropped in March. Co-produced with Aaron Dessner of The National, the record will feature their recent Hozier collaboration Rubber Band Man, as well as tracks with Chris Stapleton, Gigi Perez and Gracie Abrams.
Having recently toured mainland Europe, the group will kick off their UK tour with a performance in Newcastle on Saturday (November 29). They'll wrap up the year with a headline performance at Wild Horses Festival in San Diego on December 27 and an acoustic show at Belly Up Aspen on December 28.
In 2026, they'll top the bill of Out Of The Blue Festival in Cancun, Mexico in January, and Innnings Festival in Tempe, Arizona in February, alongside a run of acoustic record store out-store dates in the UK. Tickets are on sale now.
Also set to headline the BST Hyde Park concert series next summer are Garth Brooks on June 27, Maroon 5 on July 3, Pitbull on July 10, and Lewis Capaldi on July 11 and 12. Tickets for those dates are already on sale now.
